Are You Really Smarter Than A 5th Grader????

I got this in my e-mail this morning.. OH MY..

I took the test and passed but not by what I thought

I would. I got a measly 70% which if I recall is a C

in the olden days.. I did not recognize that we

had questions like these back in my school days.

I keep up with the news and politics and what’s going

on out there. I think I need to review more variety though.

I guess that is why so many people are having fun with the

Fox TV show.Last show scheduled to air on Thursday

April 19 from 8 to 9 PM.Kids seem a lot smarter on there..

whether they give them the answers or not, some of the

questions are quite puzzling. There are college educated

people who are making mistakes on the answers. HOW FUN for the

kids who watch.. how embarassing for the adults who

don’t know the answers!!

I received a link in the e-mail today for a test that was given that is typical of  5th grade work these days. WOW were my eyes opened. I keep track of thenews and politics and what’s going on.. but I was only able to get a 70% rating on this test. I need to go back to school..I passed but felt badly because I don’t remember some of those questions in 5th grade. Are 5th graders smarter these days.. OH YES..I do believe they are! In the days of computer technology and kids starting to even use keyboards at 2nd and 3rd grade.. I do believe it… Take the test for yourself.. I bet you do better than I did….
