Whew I have been a busy woman.. I am still working along on the
wedding for my neice and boy there are so many little things
that pop up.. you just cannot imagine unless you have done one of
these occasions lately. Anyway..prices are shocking me.. shoes for
65$ in a bridal shop when you can get the same darn thing elsewhere
cheaper..hmm do they think we don’t know?? lol Some shop owners
could care less if you are there to look and shop, and others are
very accomodating and helpful. Guess which ones we did business with.
I even hugged an elderly lady in her 70′s who was helping out in
her daughters shop, who kept apologizing that she didn’t know where
things were. I felt so bad for her.. she seemed to want to help so bad.
I hope she gets some extra pie and ice cream this holiday..she sure
deserves it. It is just more than wonderful this weekend here. Temp in
the 70′s I wish the whole holiday could be this way..but they say the
rain is coming. Kansas is getting floods and Texas rains and so much
of the country is on fire.. it just seems in a turmoil all the time.
Making that red white and blue poke cake for the 4th again.. I think
it will go over well.
Speaking of which…Boy all that stuff going on in LONDON and the
terror threats is making me so nervous. I am not vibing yet…but
I sure feel sorry for those who live over there and are having to travel.
Glad I am not! I bet the homeland security here is on edge wondering
if we are next.
I got busy and added a new space to the spacewalk space today.
I could not believe it has been nearly 3 weeks since I updated it.
I found a nice lady in Missouri who visited my space and her
space is so nice and her life there is so interesting. You can
find the link on the left side of this page under Spacewalk Spaces.
A large black cat who apparently is a stray turned over my
birdbath trying to get a drink out of it.

Now that bathis weighted down in the inside with heavy sand and nothing
so far has done that. He must be very strong.. anyway he
did that, so I decided to give him water another way. 
The birds sure would miss it if it were gone.
I found the morning glory seeds..you will never guess!
In under the front seat of my car! How the heck they
got there is a mystery. If I had not been cleaning it
out I never would have found them!!! They are soaking
now. They say you soak them and then plant them and they
grow faster or something. I am all for that. I get so impatient
waiting on things.
The neighborlady came by today and I am hoping she is
serving papers on those whacked out people next door.
After HE AND SHE got arrested in separate incidents.
it has been a little bit quieter over there. We will see
how it goes until they finally move OUT!! The whole neighborhood
wants a break from the violence.
Well I am off to get lunch.. today’s special… BBQ Beef on a Bun.!
