I don’t know how to get a list of my contacts at hotmail but I
am working on it .  Have lots written down but a lot I
don’t. Guess you just don’t think of what might happen
if YOU COULD NOT ACCESS YOUR E MAILS?  Eye-rolling

I have spent hours this morning trying to figure out why
and just don’t have a lot of extra time to waste trying
anymore. So as long as I can access it some of the time to
continue blogging here I will. Thinking
I sure have tried everything under the Sun to get things
back to normal EXCEPT restore. Reason I don’t use that
is because I have updated so many WINDOWS updates
and wasn’t sure if they would be erased along with
everything else. I just have such a headache trying to
get it all together here. Disappointed

SO bear with me my spaces
family I am sure it will get situated sooner or later.
I have found out that G MAIL is something I did NOT
take into strong enough consideration. It is a wonderful
e mail to have and I find I like it a whole lot. It is saving
me a whole lot right now!
Never occurred to me to use it that much before. I am back to
trying to use MOZILLA-Firefox more too. I guess it doesn’t matter
what browser you are using though when NONE OF THEM WORK! Sad

HOPE YOU ALL HAVE WONDERFUL SUNNY DAY!!
It is nice here and I will enjoy it as long as it lasts.
Tomorrow I heard 60% more rain! Sad

DID YOU KNOW?? WATER OR COLA??

Standard

GOT THIS IN MY E MAIL AWHILE BACK.. DID YOU ALL GET IT TOO?

AMAZING FACTS!! Makes you look at things in a completely different
way.

WATER

1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Most likely applies to half the world population)
2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger.
3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one’s metabolism as much as 3%.
4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study. (OK but then you gotta get up and P !  Embarrassed)
5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page. (OH MY now we know why I can’t think straight after mowing the lawn!!)
8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink every day?  My answer is: … probably NOT!!!

COLA

1. In many states the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.
2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Coke and it will be gone in two days.
3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the ‘real thing’ sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous China.
4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Apply a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.
8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke into the load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:

1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.
2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (the concentrate) the commercial trucks must use hazardous material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.
3. The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean engines of the trucks for about 20 years!

Now the question is, would you like a glass of water?

Or Coke?

I sure don’t know if all this is true but I do know that some things could be true.

Have discovered the culprit with the E mail thing… My slow dial up is doing windows updates
and making it hard to connect with my hotmail accts. I know I tried to connect a couple of
times tonight and when the update was finished it connected. It loaded  IE 8 as well
and that takes some getting used to. Don’t know if that will be staying or not! Will keep
trying it out.
Wink  HOPE YOU ALL>>>
