The last few days have been cool and sort of gloomy
here. You never knew when it was going to open and
pour rain or just blow over. I went out and saw these skies
and decided to go back indoors and watch a movie.
Gas here continues to go down. Latest stations are showing a 3 cent drop
almost every other day. I really don’t know what to make of it. Either people
have stopped going–I know they haven’t— or somewhere we have gotte
an ample supply that has just opened up.
My poor tomatoes don’t know what to think.. it was very cold and windy yesterday and
twice I had to go out and tie up long branches that are hanging to keep them
from breaking off. When they say GRAPE tomatoes they mean it.. only mine
look pretty much like they exploded.
Who could have known that the branches would be under so much
stress? Not me, that is for sure.
Nothing else much going on here… so

  1. Dear Carol, I am going to have so many tomatoes that I may have to learn how to put some up by canning. May the warm sun be on its way to your town soon andAs ever be well

  2. Wow, what a glorious crop you’ve got growing there! That is one thing that rainy weather can bring for sure. If I grew a crop like that I think I would have died and gone to heaven.
