OUT IN THE SNOW…

Standard
Well she went out in the snow at 5:30 AM. The poor aides told me mom
sure didn’t want to get out in that stuff but they bundled her up and
away she went. The freeway was pretty clear. We were very lucky, we
did not get the heavy stuff they got elsewhere in the state.
Sis and I traveled the back road for a while until we decided to try
!
the freeway which was much clearer. The winds were the worst
because of the blowing snow and the windchill. Talk about cold!!
Here are some more pictures I took today..(click to see better..)

HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

  1. Your pictures speak 1000 words. Nice decorations, but the one with road, makes me feel even colder than I am right now. Don’t ya just love winter…well, almost winter?

  2. Brrr! Looks cold! It’s raining here and supposed to be just rain for the whole weekend….but we’ve sure needed the moisture, so no complaints here. It’ll give me time to catch up on my baking. You and Sis be careful out on those slippery streets!

  3. I don’t blame her either, especially at that time of day. The pictures are great but were you out of the car taking them or through the window. They sure are clear.

  4. Oh it looks so cold. All of our blogger pics look so cold! I think that’s why I’ve been listening to Hawaiin songs! I sure wish at least one of us had a warm picture somewhere in the world! Your poor mom, shuffled around in the cold, it’s necessary I know but I can imagine wanting to just stay put on a day like that!
