LOST

Standard

Again..in what seems like only a short time, I have lost another “parent”. He sort of adopted me and included me in his family outings and daily life.I gained so much including another sister and brother.  It seems like he was always there. He had been ill for a while now, but I always had hope that he would again beat it and rise to good health. He will be missed in more ways than I can count.

Here’s hoping that the weather has taken a turn for the better and that you are some what free from that heat wave. We are finally enjoying a long stretch of cooler weather (mid 70’s to 80’s). But here, it’s the humidity that really gets to everyone. Yuck! Have you thought about running through a sprinkler yet? I have, had it out one evening and my youngest decided it felt good so he stripped and ran through it! I don’t think that I have ever laughed so hard. I joined him, WITH my shorts on. 🙂
