LAST ROSE OF SUMMER

Standard

The ground covered with a heavy frost, I watched the steam rise off the deck,  bright sun glaring down on it. I was glad I had ventured into the yard and picked the last rose of summer.

  1. Hi Carol! I’m Darrell. I love your ‘last rose’ pic. I’m into photography myself and so appreciate fine work. I’ve only been on WordPress for about a week. as: ‘Captain Queege’ It’s pretty lonely over there right now. LOL! Just looking on Facebook for friends. I always post my blogs on Facebook hoping that someone will take a boo at me. So I looked on WordPress for friends on Facebook and your name came up. Isn’t that wonderful? I hope you will visit me… Mean-while, I’d like to explore your blog a bit further. Cheers!
